Nicki became a board member of the FN group by age 31 and was a member of the senior management team who conducted the sale of the global career sites in 2006.
Nicki's leadership experience in the media and technology space took her on a learning journey and this curiosity for best practices for organizational growth and performance led her to graduate in this field in 2012 with a Masters in Social-Organizational Psychology with a specialization in change leadership from Columbia University in the City of New York. Additionally she returned to her alma mater to undertake the year long coaching certification program in 2017 as she believes coaching is often the best way to create change and help leaders, teams and organizations evolve.
Nicki is candid, direct and practical in her coaching style, she gets results. Over the years, Nicki has helped leaders navigate as they lead change but has evolved in her own life as well as in her practice to include wellness and executive sustainability, including adding deep developmental psychology tools to her coaching skills to ensure “whole-person coaching.”
Nicki is certified in Everything DISC, the Five Behaviors, Hogan Suite, Immunity to change (ITC), and uses various other assessments such as qualitative 360’s with her clients. She can be found passionately coaching others, solving for effective cultures and team performance, advocating for integrated OD work including DEI, and leading offsites all over the world.
